Man charged after stabbing in Kent

A man in his 20s was hospitalized after a stabbing incident in Chatham, Kent. He has since been discharged.

Djorn Anderson, 22, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, was charged with wounding with intent and multiple driving offences.

Two men were arrested in connection with the incident after a car was stopped in Gravesend.

The second suspect, a 22-year-old man from London, remains in custody as investigations continue.

The incident occurred on Sunday, April 20, when patrols were called to Chatham Hill at 1.55 pm.

Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene to treat the victim’s stab wounds.

Djorn Anderson appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (22nd April).
