70 year old woman arrested following crash
A 70 year old woman has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving and having no insurance following a car crash in Hartlepool. The crash occurred this morning (16 May) at around 7:10am on Meryl Gardens, when the vehicle collided with a railing.
