A woman has been charged with manslaughter after the death of 63 year old Neil Shadwick in Stroud, Gloucestershire on 22nd January 2023.
Mr Shadwick had been robbed of his mobility scooter and was found unresponsive in the Tesco car park in the town.
Kimberly Ann Hawkins, 41, of no fixed address has been charged with Mr Shadwick’s manslaughter and is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Wednesday 15th May.
